*Piinggaksha (Hereinafter Referred To As “Company”) provides comprehensive property solutions for all needs. The term “Client” refers to any individual, entity, firm, or company in whose name a particular property is booked or a credit note is issued.*
*The Company, as a service provider, relies on information regarding various projects provided by respective builders/developers, whether in writing, through representatives, advertisements in print or electronic media, or other authentic sources.*
*Clients are advised to regularly visit the Company’s website or respective builders/developers’ platforms for updates and events related to real estate.*
*If a client intends to cancel a unit/property booked through the Company, they shall be liable to pay a nominal administrative charge for the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the Company. This charge may vary based on the project, developer, or other relevant factors. The Company will not issue an NOC until the client has paid the administrative charges.*
*Clients must notify the Company if they transfer the booked unit or create any third-party interest in the property.*
*The credit note issued by the Company for a particular project is non-transferable. If the client sells/transfers the property or creates any third-party interest, it’s their responsibility to inform the Company within seven days. The Company’s liability under the credit note is solely towards the client, not towards subsequent transferees or entities.*
*As a service provider, the Company is not responsible for delays, cost increases, layout changes, policy changes, or other circumstances that may occur.*
*The Company is not part of the builder/developer’s business and is not involved in decision-making or obtaining statutory approvals. The Company is not liable for any misrepresentation by the builder/developer.*
*If the Company issues a credit note and does not receive the due commission from the developer, it is not liable to disburse the credit note to the client. The Company clarifies it will not honor the credit note until receiving the commission and fulfilling other conditions mentioned.*
*The Company is not responsible for interest on overdue payments levied by the developer or unit cancellations under any circumstances.*
*Clients must ensure the accuracy of information in email communications and promptly notify the Company of any inaccuracies. The Company is not liable for losses due to erroneous information.*
*Verbal commitments by employees are not binding unless made by an authorized person on the Company’s letterhead. The Company is not bound by commitments made by former employees.*
*Clients consent to the Company using their booking data for advertising and promotional purposes.*
*The Company may suspend website functionality for maintenance or other reasons. Information accessed during such periods does not bind the Company.*

*Clients are bound by rules and guidelines laid down by the concerned builder/developer for each project. The Company will coordinate responses from developers but is not liable if the response does not satisfy the client.*
*The Company does not accept cash payments and only accepts signed cheques, demand drafts, or banker’s cheques in favor of the concerned developer.*
*The Company is not responsible for cancellations due to incomplete or invalid documents or delays in loan sanction from financial institutions.*
*Non-receipt of email communication is not a valid ground for non-performance of obligations.*
*In case of disputes, courts in Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.*
